Pasta Salad

I don't particularly care for this salad, but the rest of my family likes/loves it. So here is the recipe:

Italian Dressing
Rotelle Pasta
Cucumber
Chopped Olives


Cook pasta according to the package directions. Rinse in water, let drain.

Chop up the cucumber into small pieces.
Drain the olive juice*.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well.

*To drain the Olives:
After opening the can, push the can lid into the olives and flip it over into the sink, make sure most or all of the olive juice is drained.

  1. Do you use the whole bottle of Italian dressing, or just part of it? About how many servings do you think this is?

  2. I used almost a whole bottle. It just depends on if you want a little flavor/dressing or a lot of flavor/dressing. When I made this, I actually used 2 bags of the pasta. But if you look on the nutrition label of the pasta bag, and everything else, you should be able to find the amount of servings per bag.
